U-A Taxi processes the contact details, route, flight number and travel preferences that you provide to assess and carry out your ride.

Route addresses are sent to the address and routing services. Payments are processed by Mollie once connected. Transactional emails and customer payment SMS messages and driver SMS alerts are sent through Brevo once connected. Your reservation link is personal: keep it private.

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and booking storage, PDOK for address search and Geoapify or a configured OSRM provider with OpenStreetMap data for routes. We do not send your name or contact details to the routing services. Booking details are kept for up to 12 months after the ride or request; invoice records are kept separately for applicable statutory periods. You may request access, correction or deletion and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We process your booking data to prepare and carry out the transport agreement. With your consent, Google Analytics (Google) measures visitor statistics and Google Ads measures ad clicks and successful booking requests. Analytics loads only after consent to analytics cookies; the Ads tag only after consent to marketing cookies. These tags do not send names, phone numbers or ride details. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer.
