Terms and conditions

A ride request is reviewed personally. Your ride is final after you receive a reservation confirmation. The agreed price, pickup point, time and waiting arrangements are recorded in your reservation.

During holidays and major events, such as New Year’s Eve and ADE, adjusted fares may apply. You can still request a ride. If a different fare applies, you will first receive a proposal with the final price. You decide whether to accept.

Changes must be accepted by the driver. Cancellation and waiting costs are agreed before a ride is accepted.

All fares and payments are in euros (EUR), including applicable VAT. We accept iDEAL, Apple Pay on supported devices and creditcard online once connected. Card-terminal payment in the car requires a 10% online deposit; the balance is paid in the car. Cash and invoicing are not offered. The agreed cancellation rules apply to all payment methods, including payment in the car.

Cancel through your personal reservation link or contact us with your reservation number. The time of receipt determines the applicable period, measured against the agreed pickup time. Refunds are processed by the driver to the original payment method. If we cancel a ride that we cannot carry out, your prepaid fare is refunded in full. Older reservations retain their previously agreed conditions.

For confirmed rides: cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup is free of charge and any amount paid is refunded. At 24 hours or less before pickup, the full fare is charged and no refund applies. Charges may be reduced if the demonstrable loss is lower. Unconfirmed requests can be withdrawn without charge.

Reasonable charges and questions

Cancellation charges compensate reserved capacity and demonstrable loss; they are not a penalty. Saved costs and any replacement ride are taken into account. You may ask for an explanation of the charges. If the demonstrable loss is lower than the stated percentage, the charges will be reduced. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Waiting, changes and contact

Included airport waiting: 20 minutes; extra waiting € 0,75 per minute. Changes require driver approval. Report flight delays, delayed luggage or changes to your pickup point as soon as possible.
